What should I bring to my first appointment?expand_more
Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a medication list, and any referral information if applicable. Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete new patient paperwork.
How do I schedule an appointment?expand_more
You can book online through our website, call us at (678) 562-1555, or stop by either our Alpharetta or Norcross office. We offer convenient scheduling Monday through Saturday.
What are your office hours?expand_more
Our Alpharetta office is open Monday through Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Thursday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Our Norcross office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Thursday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and select Saturdays (1st and 3rd of each month) from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Both offices are closed on Sundays.
How long will my first visit take?expand_more
Your initial visit typically takes about 60–90 minutes. This includes a thorough oral exam, a complete set of X-rays, a discussion of your oral health status, and time to create a personalized treatment plan.

Do you accept dental insurance?expand_more
Yes! We accept most major PPO dental insurance plans including Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Humana, Guardian, United Healthcare, BlueCross BlueShield, VA Community Care, and Medicare Advantage plans. Call our office to verify your benefits before your appointment.

Yes! We offer financing through CareCredit, Sunbit, and Wisetack to help make dental care more affordable. We also accept cash, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and approved insurance benefits.
What if I don't have insurance?expand_more
We offer affordable in-house membership plans starting at $33/mo for patients without dental insurance. Plans include preventive care visits, X-rays, and discounts on treatments — no waiting periods and no annual maximums.
Do I need to pay at the time of service?expand_more
Payment is due at the time of service. However, we are happy to discuss payment arrangements for extensive treatment plans. Our team will review all costs and options before any treatment begins.

Yes. Dr. Rakesh has advanced training in dental implant placement, and Dr. William Shin is a board-certified oral surgeon on our team. We offer single implants, implant-supported bridges, and full-arch All-on-4 restorations.

Yes, we offer emergency dental care. If you are experiencing a dental emergency — such as a knocked-out tooth, severe pain, or swelling — please call our office immediately and we will do our best to see you the same day.
