For Patients Without Insurance Only
Membership plans are designed specifically for patients who do not have dental insurance coverage.
Cannot Be Combined with Insurance
Membership plans cannot be combined with dental insurance benefits, insurance discounts, or any other insurance-related reductions.
SRP & Deep Cleanings Discounted
SRP, deep cleanings, and gingival scaling are not included free within membership plans. However, membership patients receive discounted pricing on periodontal treatments.
