We are pleased to offer the Dental Membership Plan to our patients not currently covered by dental insurance. Our annual Dental Membership Plan allows for a complete continuation of preventative care. We want to help you prioritize your oral health. By providing dental discount plans, we can help our patients who are in between jobs or do not have insurance.
Adult Wellness Plan$299/yr
- 1 routine cleaning every 6 months,
2 per year - Regular exam with cleaning.
2 per year - Oral cancer screening
with cleaning - 1 Flouride Treatment
- 1 set of Full mouth X-Rays or
Panoramic X-Rays per year - 2 emergency exam with X-ray per year
(during normal hours) - Up to 30% off
on additional treatment - Plan renews automatically at the end of each year
Child Wellness Plan (17 & under)$199/yr
- 1 routine cleaning every 6 months,

Is This Plan, a Dental Insurance?
Our Membership Plan is not dental insurance and can only be used at any locations of Ace Dental. However, there are no claims to file, or waiting periods to be met or pre-existing conditions that would limit the care that you need for you or your dependents.
What are the advantages over Conventional Insurance Plans?

Can I have the second cleaning anytime?
You need to have your first cleaning between months 1-6 and second cleaning between months 7-12. Services are used or lost, they cannot be carried over to next year.
In case of Perio maintenance, how many cleanings will I require?
Depending on the diagnosis and oral hygiene habits, the patient will be required to be seen 3 or 4 times for cleanings in a calendar year. The membership plan will give you a discounted price on your perio maintenance visits. The basic cleanings cannot be substituted for perio maintenance cleanings.
Where can I obtain services?
Services are available only at Ace dental Care in Alpharetta or Norcross locations. We invite you to call our office for more information about the plan.
Can I get a refund or a partial refund?
This is a non refundable plan.
Is this plan setup up for auto renewal?
Yes this plan is setup for auto renewal. You can call our office any time to cancel the next renewal.
